Where are the Atlantis Dunes located?

The dunes are located within the Witzands Aquifer Nature Reserve, approximately 45 minutes north of Cape Town’s city center. The reserve consists of over 3,000 hectares of mobile white sand dunes, offering a desert-like landscape with views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean.

What wildlife can you see at Witzands Aquifer?

As a protected nature reserve, the area is a biodiversity hotspot. During our tours, guests frequently encounter:

• Birds of Prey: The rare Black Harrier and the Jackal Buzzard.
